We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order.

 

You can return your product for a full refund to the original payment method.

 

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

1. Customized products are not eligible for returns. However, please let us know of any concerns or issues with customized products.

2. Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
 

Custom orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days.

 

Shipments may be delayed by a few days if we are experiencing a high volume of orders, but we will notify you if that is the case.

 

FREE standard shipping is offered as a courtesy for orders over $20.

For orders under $20, there is a flat $5 shipping fee.

Shipping may take 3-5 days for delivery, based on your location.

 

If you want to ensure delivery by a certain date (additional fees may apply), let us know when you place the order by clicking "Add a Note or Comment" during checkout.
